Tracking information shows order was delivered but I never received it.Beloved Graphic Designs does not hold nor accept responsibility nor issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as delivered or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit. Please contact your shipping courier to locate your order. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number.

What countries do you ship to?At the moment we only ship to the United States of America. We are working on making BGD products available to other countries and it will be available in the near future.

When will I receive my package?When will I receive my package? Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Processing time requires 1-3 days. Shipping time is based off the method selected by the customer at checkout. Shipping timelines do not apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Standard Shipping / 3 - 7 business days
